All of our franchisees undergo extensive training before their grand opening, so they know what to expect before their first customers arrive. This 160 hours-worth of training takes you into the classroom, then to a live PrimoHoagies store to give you a complete understanding of the business.
Grand Opening Support: Once it’s time to open your doors, we don’t simply hand you the keys and head on our way. Chances are you might not have experience opening a sub shop, so we’re here to support you throughout the entire lifespan of your new business. Our team will stay on-site for the first week of your opening, just to make sure you’re confident and comfortable.
